Requesting cards just got easier!

You can now request a debit card from the comfort of your home and pick up at your preferred branch when your card is ready.

You can request a debit card through *826#, UnionMobile and UnionOnline!

Follow these easy steps to get started.

Requesting a card through *826#

  1. Dial *826*21# on mobile number linked to your account
  2. Reply with 1 to select card request
  3. Reply with 1 to select Verve card OR reply with 2 to select Mastercard
  4. Reply with the number corresponding to the account you want to link the card with
  5. Input your transaction PIN
  6. Click send

Requesting a Card through UnionMobile

  1. Log in on the UnionMobile App
  2. Click on the menu button at the top left corner of the screen
  3. Click on My Debit Cards
  4. Click on Request new card
  5. Select your account
  6. Select your card type (e.g. Verve or Mastercard)
  7. Select your pickup branch
  8. Click on continue
  9. Validate information displayed
  10. Click on continue
  11. Input your transaction PIN
  12. Submit

Requesting a Card through UnionOnline

  1. Log in to the UnionOnline platform
  2. Click on the Cards Menu
  3. Click Request a new debit card
  4. Select Account number
  5. Details are populated
  6. Choose a Card type (Verve or MasterCard)
  7. Select “Through a branch” as pick up option.
  8. Select a preferred branch
  9. Input your security word and Token
  10. Submit
